I remember the first day I walked into the store and there was a sea of different options which to be frank was overwhelming. I thought I wanted a free standing 900mm Oven / hotplates but after working with one of the expert Sales Repss it was clear that Baking was a priority and accurate oven temperatures and an appliance that didn't leak heat were critical. Quickly I was introduced to NEFF Ovens and I have been a convert since!I have now lived in 3 different houses and every time, there are 2 NEFF Ovens and a NEFF Induction Hotplate purchased. We were met by Daniel Mayne ( who we weren't aware at the time is the Managing Director). Daniel got us to explain what we were looking for before looking at the quotes we had received from the two other businesses. Miele prices are set but Daniel provided us with his experience and product knowledge to improve the quotes by suggesting slight changes. These suggested changes resulted in saving us money. My VZug cooktop had to be replaced because I cracked the glass. I was directed to another retailer for a VZug replacement. The new VZug cooktops didn’t fit my existing cutout. After some frustration I returned to BAS and Daniel quickly found a Bosch replacement to fit. He even delivered it to my home. Such great service. The new cooktop is now installed and working perfectly.Thank you Daniel and BAS.
