I placed an order over the phone for a new fridge, as I already had an idea on what model I wanted. Ty was very helpful and informative, and gave me the confidence that I was making the right decision. There was a minor hiccup with delivery but the team and Ty went above and beyond to help sort things out, for which I am very grateful. Overall, a great experience with BAS and would highly recommend this local business.

Salesperson was very patient, easily answered my questions without hesitation and ensured I was satisfied with the final deal. Staff followed up with communication on my order and the timeframe for delivery. On the day of delivery, the team advised of the approximate time for delivery and were very careful, considerate and patient fitting my new fridge into a rather 'tight spot'.

I ordered a new washing machine from Brisbane Appliance Sales. They had the machine I was looking for at a very good price. I ordered it online and it was delivered to me. I am very happy with their service and my new washing machine.

I was extremely happy to stumble across BAS and can highly recommend. We went to the usual Harvey Norman, Good Guys etc and picked the fridge we liked, but then googled it to see if we could find it cheaper and that's when we found BAS with the fridge we wanted but over $400 cheaper than all of the other stores. I thought it might be too good to be true but phoned and spoke to Shawn who was excellent. Communication was perfect, our new fridge was delivered within the timeframe promised, and our old fridge also taken away. Thank you Shawn and the team.
