We are renovating our kitchen and have purchased a Falcon oven, Miele dishwasher and Famke rangehood from BAS. Shawn was so knowledgeable, clearly setting out the pros and cons of each product which made our decisions that much easier. The other appliance retailers we went to just didn't have that level of expertise that is BAS. We highly recommend you make BAS your first choice.
We wanted to upgrade our old Chef electric 4 burner cooktop with a new gas cooktop. Unfortunately being a 900mm unit limited the options. BAS went above and beyond researching alternatives that would work and we ultimately chose a Franke 3 burner black glass unit. The purchase price was fantastic and our experience dealing with the sales-person, accounts and warehouse personnel were fantastic. Thank you
Absolutely fantastic service. We stopped in on a weekend just to investigate options for appliances for our kitchen renovation. We left 2 hours later with every appliance selected and sorted! Martin was wonderful, patient and continued prompt service in the weeks following. Delivery was hassle free. Don't waste time going anywhere else.

I bought my Bosch kitchen appliances including an induction cooktop, double oven, rangehood and dishwasher from Brisbane Appliance Sales. I am 64 years old and Brisbane Appliance Store is the best appliance store I have ever bought an appliance from. I ordered my washing machine over the phone due to living so far away. I actually spoke to Daniel, who I didn't know at the time was the owner and he was so patient with me and his knowledge was so incredable. He is such a humble guy and his team are so nice. I rang up the next day to discuss when we were going to pick up the washing machine and spoke to Shawn who was also very helpful and professional. Then we met Simon when we picked the machine up who helped us put it on the ute. Every person I engaged with were so respectful. I live on an island and they would have got it delivered to us but we wanted to pick it up. All of them were so helpful. It was also the best price I could find for that washing machine. They actually value their customers. All I can say is they tick, tick, tick all the boxes.
